  • You own or are authorised to store the Goods.
  • Storage Fees must be paid in advance and on time.
  • If You do not comply with the Conditions, We have certain rights, including retaining Your Deposit and the right to seize the
  • Goods in storage and sell or dispose of them.
  • You must secure the Unit.
  • You must not store dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive Goods.
  • You must check that the Unit is suitable for storing the Goods.
  • Unless We offer and You take up the StoreReady option:
    • Goods are stored at Your sole risk and must be insured.
  • We are not liable to You for events outside Our control affecting the Goods.
  • Our liability for loss, theft, deterioration of and/or damage to the Goods is limited to £100.
  • Batteries must not be charged in the Unit and conditions apply to the storage of batteries. Please see Clause 20 of the Conditions.
  • We may use and share Your personal and other data in certain circumstances, including listing on the Storer Check database.
  • Any special terms have been written down in the Storage Licence Agreement.
  • Should the statutory 14-day cooling-off period apply to this Agreement, and You cancel during this period, any refund will be based on the length of storage You have taken prior to cancelling.

Offers

Promotions and Offers

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to amend, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any promotions, discounts or special offers at any time without prior notice.

All promotions and offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, including during an active promotional period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and offers are available to new customers only and do not apply to existing customers, renewals, extensions, transfers, additional Units or existing Storage Licence Agreements.

Only one promotion or offer may be applied to any Storage Licence Agreement unless otherwise stated.

Promotions and offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative benefit.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for any promotion and to refuse or withdraw any offer where misuse, fraud, administrative error or customer ineligibility is suspected.

Where there is any conflict between a promotion or offer and the terms of the StoreReady Self Storage Licence Agreement, the terms of the StoreReady Self Storage Licence Agreement shall take precedence.

By entering into a Storage Licence Agreement with O’Brien Storage Ltd or O’Brien Container Storage Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
